eCRATER is an online marketplace where sellers come to sell their products. Therefore, we (seller) do not control how any processes are executed on eCRATER. For example, the checkout process, which will ask buyers to provide their shipping address regardless whether the purchasing items are physical or digital items. Although your shipping address is asked during checkout, you will NOT receive the physical or actual item shipped to your shipping address. Your purchase is for the Digital item (eBook/eTextbook/eAudiobook). Therefore, the delivery method of your order is Email Delivery. Your order will be emailed to the email address that you have provided in your purchase.
All you need is your PC, laptop or hand held device and the FREE Reader software. Most of the eBooks are available in PDF format.
Yes, once you have purchased the eBook from us, it is yours to keep indefinitely. Ensure to SAVE your digital file to your device/PC when you received a download link from us.
Yes. You just need to sync with your bookshelf and download the book the first time. Once the book is downloaded onto your device, you can read them offline anytime anywhere!
If the listing indicated "IMMEDIATE" download, you will receive a Download button on the Thank You screen at the time of purchase. In addition, you will also receive an eCRATER Order Confirmation Email with a Download link to your download page. If you have not downloaded your digital item at the time of purchase, please check your eCRATER Order email to obtain the download link and to save your digital item to your PC/device. Can't find your Order Confirmation Email? If you do not find it in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder or even deleted items, as you might find your Order Confirmation Emails here. If you have checked these folders and it is still missing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
When do I receive my download link? Most download links are "IMMEDIATELY" Email-Delivered upon completion of successful payment. Where do I get my download link? (1) Download button will immediately appear on Thank You screen at the time of purchase, and (2) Download Link will also email to your eCRATER Order Confirmation Email. If you have NOT downloaded/saved your eBook file at the time of purchase, please check your eCRATER Order email to obtain your Download Link & to save your file to your device. NOTE: For "IMMEDIATE" download orders, if you have requested the download link to email to an alternate email address that you have entered in a "Notes" box during check-out. Such request will be "manually" e-delivered WITHIN 12-HOUR after purchase.
Q: Where is my download link? A: (1) For IMMEDIATE Download file order, you receive a Download button at the time of purchase (on the Thank You screen), and also receive your download link via email so you can download your eBooks on the go. Or (2) For 12-hour e-delivery of download link order (NOT immediate download order), you receive your download link via email within the estimated of 12-hour window. Can't find the email? A: For immediate download order, you will see a Download button on Thank You screen. Clicking on the download button will start the download of your eBook file. You will also receive the Download Link/URL in your eCRATER Order Confirmation Email. Simply click on the download URL to download your eBook file. * * * Q: Where are the files I downloaded - I can't find them? A: If you were not asked to specify a folder (usually on your desktop) when downloading your files, then your files have been saved to a default “downloads” folder. * * * Q: My download link does not open! A: Most schools or work companies are very ‘strict’ on what can open on their networks, therefore, they could block your download link to be opened. We recommend to open your download link using other networks such as your home network, or Starbucks, etc. In addition, if Adobe Flash on your device is not up-to-date, your download link will also cannot open.
We wanted our buyers are aware of purchasing of the digital item. Therefore, all items are clearly indicated that they are electronic or digital or PDF in the Title of the Listing and on the face of the Listing Description. There are NO REFUNDS after completion of the order/purchase.
There is no replacement for physical paper book as we only sell digital books.
There are NO REFUNDS once the order/purchase has been completed. No refunds "after" purchased. If your Digital Item arrived damaged or wrong item was sent, you will get replacement; however, this is rarely happened. If no replacement can be provided, you will get a full refund. We always try to find the best solution to resolve any issues that you might have.
